This apartment we where called out to had the water off for several days due to the severity of the leak! The leak was so severe that water was seeping up through the slab foundation and into one of the 1st floor apartments and causing damage. As we have all the latest equipment we were able to do a full detection and locate where the pipe was broken.
- We were able to locate where the line was running under the slab foundation.
- Using our microphone we were able to locate where the pipe was broken and mark it out for the plumber to repair.
Leaks that surface are harder to find due to the “leak sound” we listen for can be heard all over the place – instead of just where the pipe is broken. These leaks take patience and changing things up to get to the right location.
