We had a massive leak in our waterline that they were able to locate in an hour and a half. We didn’t even know where the waterline was located, but they found it quickly. The water was blasting under a tree and we never would have found the leak without them. They saved us a lot of money because we thought we’d need a new waterline since we couldn’t find the leak. I’d highly recommend them if you’re in the same situation!

Having exhausted my efforts in locating a small leak in a main irrigation line I called Upstate Leak Finders for my client. They were very professional and knowledgeable on the phone. They booked an appointment the next day (New Years Eve) and I received a confirmation text and email for my appointment. Tyler arrived on time and went to work. In less than an hour he was able to locate the leak and I was able to make the repair for our client.

Tyler has helped me 2 times now and he is worth every penny. We are fighting a very complex water system with numerous twist and turns. Water lines are from the seventies until last year. To replace everything would not be cheap nor needed if this property sells. I recommend him and will certainly use him in the future. Its rare to find someone that does what he says and can back it up with being within a couple of inches of the leak , which is over 2 feet underground.

Tyler is my hero! Our pool has been losing water and salt for about 8 weeks. I filled out the online request and got a call right away from Nicole. She was super helpful getting me scheduled. Tyler was able to come out the next day. He located the source of the leak right away. He also did an extremely thorough job checking every aspect of our pool for issues. He was able to get my skimmer crack repaired. Great communication, very friendly, and professional.

We have a 18x36 in-ground pool and were losing a ton of water quickly. They pressure tested the plumbing, scanned the entire pool, and spent a good while visually inspecting the liner. Tyler found multiple pinholes and a pretty large puncture in the liner. All off the holes were repaired same day.
They are very professional and extremely thorough. I would definitely use them again if we have the need.
